1. No spamming

2. Don't abuse smileys

3. no cybering

4. Advertising
Advertising IS allowed, for forums you must show the admins the link first before you advertise, and no pourn or downloads can be in the links.

5. If ur gonna flame someone don't go overboard and make sure the mod/admin knows(or thinks:/)your joking.

6. Don't ban someone because they did something to you(mod and admin) at least make a warning sign

If they flamed or cussed in the forum, don't ban them because they did 1 little thing to you, kick them first, then ban them if they continue to disbehave

but if they flamed, if the admins know its a joke they would allow it

i doubt it will be a joke

i made a lot at TheHq and Dark thinks its a joke
